You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile dashboard. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged again. We do not automatically delete your diagnostic history upon cancellation.
We offer a strict 7-day money-back guarantee for all new users. If you are unsatisfied with Coreframe's capabilities within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
We do not issue refunds for:
- Renewals processed after the first billing cycle.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service.
- Usage beyond the 7-day initial guarantee period.
Approved refunds will be processed immediately and will reflect back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policies.
